Breakfast is served in our bright and sunny dining room usually between the hours of 8 am and 9 am. Earlier breakfast can be arranged and for those requiring a really early start a delicious, healthy, (but with a few treats), packed breakfast can be prepared for you to enjoy at your preferred time.
We have an extensive menu ranging from the traditional cooked Scottish breakfast (sausages, black pudding, bacon, eggs, tomato, mushrooms etc.) to fish dishes, vegetarian options and a mouthwatering continental platter — very refreshing yet surprisingly filling. You can always start the day with our other traditional Scottish breakfast — porridge (made with oatmeal) — topping it (if preferred) with either salt, brown sugar, honey, sultanas etc. Where possible we use local fresh produce with our butcher meat coming from award winning butcher Duncan Fraser & Son.
We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements — just let us know at time of booking.
We feel that breakfast is part of the B&B experience so in general we prefer not to ask you to choose your selection the night before but to pick in the morning from our menu. Please relax and enjoy a little time whilst breakfast is freshly cooked to order.
