Terms and Conditions

To confirm your reservation we will require from you a deposit or valid credit card number.

If using our online booking system (which is run securely for us by Visit Scotland) an 8% non-refundable deposit is taken with the remaining balance payable on the day of departure.

If booking direct by telephone only credit card details are taken with the full amount payable on the day of departure.

Five days notice is required for cancellation of any booking; cancellations with less than five days notice will be liable to pay for the first night of the booking in full.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any amendment or cancellation charges.

Standard check-in is from 2pm (14:00) and no later than 9pm (21:00) unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Check-out is by 10am (10:00).

Lynver is a non-smoking establishment and one night's charge will be levied on any guests who smoke in any of the rooms.

Sorry - pets are not allowed at Lynver.
